Welcome to www.menmadebetter.com (“Site”), operated by Nobel Life Systems LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, do not use the Site.

1. Membership & Accounts

• To join the Brotherhood, you must provide accurate information (name, email, Twitter handle).
• You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. If someone else uses your account because you got sloppy with your login, that’s on you.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you break the rules or act against the Brotherhood’s principles.

2. Payments

• All payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t handle or store your credit card details.
• Membership fees are billed as stated at checkout. Refunds, if any, are subject to our discretion and the policies in place at the time of purchase.
• By paying, you agree that recurring charges may apply if that’s the membership you selected.

3. Brotherhood Code of Conduct

This is not a free‑for‑all. By joining, you agree to:

• Show up and engage — no ghosts.
• Treat other members with respect. Disagreement is fine, disrespect is not.
• Keep what’s shared in the Brotherhood private. Confidentiality is sacred.
• No spam, scams, or using the Brotherhood to pitch your own hustle without permission.

Break these rules and you’re out.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, graphics, branding, etc.) belongs to Nobel Life Systems LLC unless stated otherwise. Don’t steal it.
• You retain ownership of content you post, but by posting, you grant us a license to display and use it within the Brotherhood.

5. No Guarantees

We provide tools, community, and accountability — not magic pills. Your results in fitness, finances, family, friends, and faith depend on your own effort and discipline. We don’t guarantee success, money, or life transformations. That’s your job.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential) arising from your use of our Site or services.
• The Brotherhood is a support system, not professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Use your own judgment.

7. International Users

Our services are available globally. You’re responsible for complying with your local laws when using our Site.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breaking these Terms or for any behavior that goes against the Brotherhood’s mission.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
